Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

   • Lead curriculum development and review processes to ensure programs remain relevant, competitive, and responsive to industry and societal needs.

2. Research Excellence
   • Champion a robust research culture by encouraging faculty and students to engage in high-impact research and scholarly activities.

   • Promote publication of research findings in reputed journals and presentations at national and international conferences.
   • Facilitate collaboration between schools and external research organizations to advance knowledge creation and innovation.
3. Innovative Teaching Methodologies
   • Drive the adoption of modern pedagogical approaches, including technology-enhanced learning, experiential learning, and outcome-based education.
   • Encourage faculty to integrate emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and sustainability into the curriculum.
   • Support the development of blended and online learning platforms to enhance accessibility and flexibility for students.
4. Faculty Development
   • Identify, mentor, and retain high-calibre faculty members with expertise in diverse fields.

5. Collaboration with Stakeholders

6. Administrative and Operational Oversight

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • A Ph.D. from a recognized institution in a relevant academic discipline.
  • A distinguished record of academic achievement, including teaching, research, and publications.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Dean, Associate Dean, Department Chair, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in academic administration, curriculum development, and faculty management.
  • Demonstrated success in securing research funding and fostering a research-intensive environment.
• Certifications (Preferred):
