The fellow/scientist will use a broad range of approaches (genetic, cell biological and in vivo modeling) to understand how breast cancers, partiularly triple negative breast cancers, resist chemotherapy treatments and metastasize. . The fellow will utilize patient-derived xenograft models of breast cancer and organoid cultures to screen and validate novel therapeutic strategies. The fellow will collaborate with chemists to develop and validate novel therapeutics for clinical translation.
