The Graduate School Department is seeking (1) Marketing Specialist to join the already awesome team taking the Building Services Department to the next level of excellence!

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist with the execution of graduate enrollment marketing campaigns across email, CRM, web, social media, digital advertising, and other channels.
Coordinate campaign timelines, project tasks, vendor communications, and related administrative activities.
Support campaign tracking, dashboard updates, analytics reporting, and performance monitoring.
Assist with website content, email communications, marketing materials, and other promotional resources.
Support graduate recruitment events, webinars, information sessions, campus visits, tabling activities, and related outreach.
Engage with prospective students at recruitment events, answer general questions, and connect them with appropriate programs and resources.
Collaborate with colleagues across the university to support enrollment marketing priorities.
Help maintain marketing documentation, shared resources, and established processes.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations and the prospective student experience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field and three (3) years of relevant professional experience ; or A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
