- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays designated by the University
- Overtime and other explanations: Due to faculty meetings and other meetings, admission-related duties, university events, and class schedules, work may occasionally be required outside regular working hours.

Applicants who pass the document screening will be invited to an interview (December 8, 11:00–). The interview will be conducted either in person or online. During the interview, applicants will be asked to give a presentation on their research to date and a mock lecture. Please note that applicants are responsible for their own travel expenses to the University.

Following the interview, applicants will be notified of the results by telephone or email.
