Annual Salary: 6 million yen ~ 7 million yen
JPY 541,000 to JPY 558,000 per month
The base salary is determined in accordance with the salary scale for Japanese national government employees and may be subject to revision if that salary scale is amended.

Holidays: Two full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays

Ph.D. / Doctor
Work experience
Ph.D degree in science and/or engineering (candidates who are about to earn their degree are welcome to apply). Expertise and experience in performance test of devices (such as compound semiconductor electron devices, Si-CMOIS, and MMICs) and wireless transmission experiments using transmitter/receiver modules, utilizing millimeter- and terahertz-wave equipment (e.g. vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, real-time osciloscope). High motivation and dedication for scientific work. Ability to work creatively in a multidisciplinary team.
