Conducting lectures for students, providing academic and campus life support, engaging in research activities, participating in various university administrative duties, and contributing to community outreach.

Courses to be Taught: Elementary Statistics, Market Data Analysis, Marketing Science, General Education Seminar, Innovation Laboratory and Thesis Work (Classes of Graduate Program of Management may be added.)

Working hours

Working hours: 09:00-17:00

Break time: 12:30-13:15

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays designated by the University

Overtime and other explanations: Work outside regular hours may be required due to university events, entrance examinations, faculty meetings, or class schedules.

Education and Degree Requirements

Ph.D. / Doctor

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree or possess equivalent teaching and research capabilities.

Description

Candidates must:

1. hold or will receive a Ph.D. or equivalent in Data Science or a related field.
2. have educational and research achievements in the field of Data Science, or have professional experiences in the field through business career.
3. understand the OUS Teaching and Learning Policies and be willing to contribute enthusiastically to education, research and management of our institution.
4. have an interest in regional business and politics, and conduct problem-solving learning classes (Innovation Laboratory) with local organizations.
5. be willing to be actively engaged in various tasks in the faculty.
6. possess sufficient Japanese language skills to conduct classes and handle basic administrative functions and duties.
