Title: Research into High Durability, High Efficiency and Low Cost for the Commercialisation of Perovskite Solar Cells
Job Summary and Essential/Desirable Skills and Experience
We seek researchers to develop durable, efficient, and low‑cost technologies for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells. Applicants must have a solid track record in PSC research and be able to work effectively with industry partners and solve technical issues.
In addition, "Implementation Policy on Voluntary Research Activities, etc. of Young Researchers Employed to Implement Projects under Competitive Research Funds" (February 12, 2020, Relevant Ministries Liaison Committee on Competitive Research Funds) Based on the agreement (agreed upon), after recruitment, those under the age of 40 will be eligible for voluntary research activities that contribute to the promotion of this research and improvement of research and management skills, up to a maximum of 20% of their effort, if approved by AIST. In some cases, employees may be permitted to engage in activities that contribute to their goals.
We also welcome those who do not have a doctoral degree but who are motivated to utilize their practical experience at a company for the social implementation of AIST's research and development.

Period of Employment: The term of appointment will be determined based on a review, covering the period up to March 31, 2029. (*If the project to which the appointee is assigned is extended, the term may be extended up to March 31, 2031.)
