대구경북과학기술원(DGIST) 전기전자컴퓨터공학과 PRISM Lab (Photon and Radiation Imaging, Sensing & Modeling)에서 InnoCORE 사업에 참여할 박사후연구원을 모집합니다.
본 연구실은 광학 및 나노포토닉스 기술을 기반으로 차세대 광·방사선 검출 기술을 연구하고 있습니다.
1. 모집 분야
- 광학 및 나노포토닉스: Metasurface, photonic crystal, 광학 설계 및 시뮬레이션(FDTD 등)
- 반도체 및 나노공정: Lithography, thin-film deposition, etching, 미세구조 제작 및 특성 분석
- 광·방사선 검출 기술: Scintillator, photodetector, 광추출 효율 및 검출 성능 향상
- 광학·나노포토닉스·반도체 공정 분야의 연구 경험을 우대
2. 지원 자격
- 광학, 물리학, 전기전자공학, 반도체공학, 재료공학 등 관련 분야 박사학위 소지자 또는 취득 예정자
- 독립적인 연구 수행 및 국제학술지 논문 작성 역량 보유자
- DGIST InnoCORE 사업의 지원 자격을 충족하는 자
3. 근무 조건
- 계약: 1년 단위, 평가에 따라 연장 가능

PRISM Lab (Photon and Radiation Imaging, Sensing & Modeling) in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at DGIST is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join the InnoCORE program.
Our lab develops next-generation optical and radiation detection technologies built on optics and nanophotonics.
1. Research areas
- Optics & nanophotonics: metasurfaces, photonic crystals, optical design and simulation (FDTD, etc.)
- Semiconductor & nanofabrication: lithography, thin-film deposition, etching, microstructure fabrication and characterization
- Optical & radiation detection: scintillators, photodetectors, light-extraction efficiency and detection performance
- Research experience in optics, nanophotonics, or semiconductor processing is preferred.
2. Qualifications
- Ph.D. (or expected Ph.D.) in optics, physics, electrical engineering, semiconductor engineering, materials science, or a related field
- Ability to conduct independent research and publish in international journals
- Meets the eligibility requirements of the DGIST InnoCORE program
3. Terms
- Contract: one year, renewable based on evaluation
