JOB SUMMARY:
Texas Southern University (TSU) invites applications for the position of Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications Manager within the Division of Enrollment Management. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Division’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to support student recruitment, enrollment yield, and institutional brand visibility. The Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications Manager serves as the creative and strategic lead for all enrollment-related marketing activity, overseeing digital and print communications, prospective student outreach campaigns, social media presence, and the design and production of recruitment materials across the Division’s five offices: Admissions, Financial Aid, Orientation, Transfer Services, and Military and Veteran Affairs.
This position reports to the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and works in close daily partnership with the Director of Recruitment to ensure marketing strategy and recruitment execution are aligned and data informed. The Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications Manager plays a central role in converting TSU’s strong admissions volume into enrolled students by building and managing a communications infrastructure that engages prospective students at every stage of the enrollment funnel — from initial inquiry through deposit confirmation and orientation. This position also interfaces with TSU’s central University Communications and Marketing office to ensure enrollment messaging is consistent with institutional brand standards.
