Research Role
We invite applications for doctoral research exploring the role of founders and leaders in organisations at different stages of the organisational life cycle.
The project focuses on founder CEOs and their influence on organisational strategy, governance, entrepreneurship, HRM and sustainability. We will also consider alternative but related approaches within this theme.
Successful proposals should demonstrate a clear theoretical contribution and interdisciplinary potential. Applicants should submit a proposal of no more than four pages (single-spaced, including references and appendices) outlining:

The research proposal will show us that you understand current thinking in your chosen topic and have the knowledge and some of the skills needed to start a large research project.
