The post holder will work closely with other colleagues within the department, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services to ensure that a co-ordinated approach is provided for our core business of student residences and seasonal commercial hotel activity.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception / Customer services role / hotel and or residential environment and will be able to demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm for delivering Inspirational Customer Service.
