{"job":{"jobId":1211777,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":476,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Breast Imaging","description":"\n\n<p><strong>Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Breast Imaging</strong>\nThe Joint Department of Medical Imaging (JDMI) at University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital and Women's College Hospital, an academic health science community fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, invites applications for a full time faculty clinical position as Radiologist in the Breast Imaging Division. The anticipated start date is expected to be no later than January 1, 2021, or as mutually agreed.</p>\n\n\n<p>Candidates must hold a MD degree or equivalent, must have had formal fellowship training in Breast Imaging and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the province of Ontario. The ideal candidate should well versed in the sub-specialty of Breast Imaging, covering all aspects of breast imaging including mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, MR imaging, and biopsies. Suitable candidates must have interest and proven track-record of academic research and publication in the field of Breast Imaging.</p>\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate should be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor at the University of Toronto. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Compensation is in accordance with the uniform average salary of a Radiologist in the province of Ontario (fee for service). This is a full-time position for 45 hours per week. The candidate will also have the option of purchasing health and dental insurance through the group practice plan.</p>\n\n\n<p>The Joint Department of Medical Imaging has a significant academic commitment. Educational opportunities are at the undergraduate, postgraduate and fellowship levels at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine. There is an additional focus on inter-professional and inter-disciplinary teaching. Research activity will be expected in the field of Breast Imaging.
