This post will take on a course/ module leadership role and play a key role in the development of postgraduate advanced musculoskeletal practice including; injection therapy, allied health First Contact Practice and multi-professional non-medical prescribing. Applicants must be enthusiastic and visionary with previous experience of teaching/lecturing in a higher education environment within the musculoskeletal field.</p>\n<p>The appointee will undertake post graduate course, and/ or module, leadership roles and facilitate the teaching, learning and assessment of several modules predominantly within the discipline area of musculoskeletal practice. Successful applicants will be supported with their continuing professional development via engagement with their own research, and allied knowledge transfer/income generation.</p>\n<p>Applicants must be registered as a full member of their relevant Professional and regulatory Body’s, have a good honours degree (or equivalent) in a related area of study and experience of contemporary musculoskeletal and injection therapy practice. Therefore, a musculoskeletal injection therapy qualification and a non-medical prescribing qualification is essential. The successful candidate will be committed to the success of students and be able to show that they can effectively support learning and teaching in the classroom and in practice areas.
