They should have excellent project management skills; the ability to work independently and in a team; a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and good coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in management and development of large-scale research projects is highly preferred.\n\n\nThe appointee will play a key role in supporting the establishment and management of a new research centre on the development of AI and robotics for the garment manufacturing industry. He/She will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas academic partners; coordinate multiple research projects in collaboration with different parties; prepare documents such as project plans and reports; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work off-campus and work outside normal office hours and on weekends.\n\n\nA highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.\n\n\nThe University only accepts online application for the above post.
