As an enthusiastic researcher you will join a collaborative team in the Department of Integrative agriculture and Department of Food, Nutrition and Health Department, UAEU. The research project is in collaboration with University of Talca, Chile. Key laboratory techniques and skills involved are likely to be: fruit quality attributes measurements, antioxidant analysis and activities, enzyme activity, microplate reader, spectroscopy, gas-chromatography and Cell culture techniques. The project would suit a candidate with experience in horticulture and food science, with strong lab skills and preferably experience in a fruit physiology and bioactive properties. The position is available immediately and the starting date is April 2020.
