Our youthful and dynamic team, focuses on adventurous all-rounder journey in and out of the lab together!</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Purpose of the post</b></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The Research Assistant (RA)’s role will be responsible to, and work closely with, the Principal Investigator and study team members to ensure the successful completion of the research. Mainly, the work station will be based at the <strong>Translational Longevity Research Programme</strong> at the <strong>Center for Healthy Longevity</strong>, <strong><em>Center for Life Sciences</em>, NUS.</strong> This project is funded by the National Medical Research Council of Singapore and GAP grant, which involves extensive collaborations with clinicians from the <strong>National University Hospital Singapore, <em>UK’s based industrial partner</em></strong> and regional large animal trial collaborator (Malaysia). Occasional travels can be expected depending on pandemic situation. Additionally, the role will provide support to all the collaborations of PI.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">Appointments will be made on a <strong>one year </strong>contract basis with the possibility of extension depending on performance.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The RA will be mentored by the PI for an all-rounder development including but not limited to scientific research, translation market evaluation and industry engagement <strong><em>(to be co-mentored by external industry consultant)</em></strong>. This shapes the candidate to address multi-roles and is important in future career development.
