font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">Reporting to the Regional Director APAC, the position of Client Engagement Manager (Branding) APAC will be responsible for:</p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Onboarding clients and project managing their advertising campaigns</li>\n<li>Acting as a single point of contact for our premium clients</li>\n<li>Identifying cross-sell opportunities during contact with clients</li>\n<li>Order fulfilment for our advertisement bookings via our platforms</li>\n<li>Handhold institutions through the end-to-end process once onboarded</li>\n<li>Altering branding campaign specifications for clients according to their requests</li>\n<li>Generating branding stats/reports for clients on a quarterly basis and collating feedback</li>\n<li>Handling queries and ensuring customers receive a timely and appropriate response</li>\n<li>Analysing customer usage of products and services to identify patterns and gaps for follow up</li>\n<li>Grow accounts and client relationship through proactive regular contact with key users, building trust and driving increased usage of products and supporting client retention</li>\n<li>Collating case studies and general feedback from and sharing with Product team to feed into product improvements</li>\n<li>Contributing to internal FAQs supporting Sales, Customer Support and Product team interactions with customers</li>\n<li>Working closely with internal teams representing the Voice of the Customer Contributing to building up a knowledge base for customers based on queries and customer cases studies</li>\n<li>Contributing to the continual improvement of customer support processes</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor Support the Client Relations Manager (Hiring) position when on annual leave including use of Salesforce for bookings, assisting with university and agency queries, managing recruitment emails, preparation of hiring reports and updating jobs to site for subscription clients.</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Person Specification</b></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Essential Skills/Qualifications</b> </p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong language skills in oral & written English and Mandarin are required</li>\n<li>Sound understanding of online advertising, web stats and mobile visitors’ behaviour</li>\n<li>Meticulous and professional in stakeholder engagement.</li>\n<li>Ablilty to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.</li>\n<li>Excellent communicator.</li>\n<li>Organised and analytical.</li>\n<li>Able to handle multiple projects.</li>\n<li>Switched on and can-do attitude.</li>\n<li>The right to work in Singapore</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Desirable Skills/Qualifications</b></p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be beneficial.</li>\n<li>Degree or equivalent experience is highly desireable.</li>\n<li>Experienced candidates with diploma and industry certificates will also be considered. 2-3 years relevant experience in a client services, project management or operations role.</li>\n<li>Understanding of <u>local</u> business context and culture in Asia</li>\n<li>Familiarity with MS Office suites (e.g. Excel) and CRM systems (SalesForce, Qlik) is a strength</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;
