Ensuring the University’s Health &amp; Safety policy and service level agreements are adhered to. Have key accountability for high value &amp; confidential items whilst undertaking duties at various University sites. Be fully flexible in moving between section tasks. Deliver update and initial training of section staff in Support of section supervisors. Be knowledgeable of services offered and able to answer basic queries for customers but also knowing when to escalate those queries to a supervisor.
