Our data and benchmarking tools are used by many of the world’s most prestigious universities to help them achieve their strategic goals and our events series act as the home of higher education thought leadership around the world.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">THE's highly prestigious series of global summits and forums are designed for university leaders and policymakers, featuring Nobel laureates, leading global thinkers, University presidents and government representatives, whilst our Digital Universities Week and THE Campus Live series attract practitioners from around the world to discuss best-practice alongside the leading brands supporting the sector.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The role will report to the Sponsorship Director within THE’s corporate commercial team, but the candidate will work closely with the events, consultancy, content, and editorial teams around the world. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for owning and developing a series of defined verticals and managing this database to sell a broad range of digital and in-person propositions, travelling both domestically and internationally to attend meetings and industry events.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">Alongside core sales functions the Sponsorship manager will be required to grow their network, keep up to date with sector topics and be an active participant in generating new revenue streams that may drive forward new products or event content themes.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The candidate should have a minimum of four years sales experience, with previous experience in events or exhibition selling, or in digital events, selling webinars, white papers, or bespoke research. You should be comfortable about approaching senior leaders and stakeholders, with experience in effectively cataloguing these conversations within a CRM.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The role will be based in Singapore, alongside a dynamic and fun-loving team. You’ll need to be used to thriving in a fast-paced environment, and can work effectively both independently and also creatively within a hard-working team.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"> </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"> </p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships from the ground up; find, engage and nurture your own client base of corporate companies</li>\n<li>Create innovative solutions that meet your clients’ needs.
