{"job":{"jobId":2423812,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":483,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Research Assistant, National Satellite of Excellence in Trustworthy Software Systems","description":"\n\nJob Description\n\n\nThis research center aims to enhance our national capabilities in trustworthy smart system infrastructures and build on our strengths in software security, and smart systems to build an array of point technologies, leading to certification capabilities of embedded software systems.\n\n\nThis project is build upon the core capabilities developed in two research projects “Trustworthy systems from un-trusted component amalgamations” pursued at NUS, and the project “Securify” led by NTU and enhance them to develop security certification workflows for embedded systems and IoT.\n\n\nWe plan to combine the strengths of both universities to provide a plethora of capabilities for software certification and validation, with focus on software for embedded systems, IoT and CPS in the following:\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Binary analysis, hardening and patching, fuzz testing</li>\n<li>Reusable verification framework for separation kernel</li>\n<li>Secure code generation</li>\n<li> Source code and binary analysis for side channel detection and prevention</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nA PhD degree is not required for this position, but we need advanced research experience in relevant areas of the project as evidenced by publications in top conferences and journals.\n\n\nThe term of appointment will be 6-12 months.
