We facilitate a multitude of services across the University to include the provision of food in catered halls, retail catering outlets across all campuses and a delivered catering service for all hospitality requirements. Responsible for managing catering booking systems and reviewing digital procedures. Providing detailed advice and guidance on catering provisions for internal and external customers, managing the content for the catering loyalty app and resolving any system issues appropriately, carrying out data analysis and creating menus are just some of the tasks this role would be involved with.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The working hours are on a full-time basis Monday - Friday, hours of work can be flexible. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>About you</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You will be a highly motivated, friendly, and proactive individual with an understanding of catering services and hospitality within a large team in a complex organisation with a multitude of services. You will have strong administrative skills and be able to confidently use online systems and Microsoft office. Able to plan and prioritise a busy workload as well as plan and deliver administrative projects over several months such as an event.
