As the national and largest University in the country, Qatar University is the recipient of most of QNRF awards, with many research- active faculty members able to win multiple grants.\n\n\nDuties &amp; Responsibilities\n\n\nThe Department of English Literature and Linguistics invites applications for a teaching track Assistant Professor of Spanish to contribute to the department’s Minor in Spanish program. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, Spanish Linguistics or Spanish literature and a native or near-native proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of English and/or Arabic would be preferable. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated experience of teaching undergraduate, basic-to-intermediate Spanish language courses and certified DELE examiners.\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>PhD in the relevant disciplinary area from a reputable and recognized institution. </li>\n<li>3.
