You will join a dedicated team who strive to continuously inspire our students and wider University community, deliver modern and innovative teaching, and lead impactful research. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The successful candidate should have the following:</p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Masters qualification in sport psychology or a closely relate discipline</li>\n<li>Previous experience of teaching sport psychology and assessing student learning in higher education</li>\n<li>Experience of hybrid delivery of learning and teaching </li>\n<li>Evidence of engagement in research activity </li>\n<li>Commitment to supporting an outstanding student experience</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">We are particularly keen to speak to candidates who have:</p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A doctorate qualification in sport psychology (or close to completion)</li>\n<li>A qualification in teaching and learning in higher education and/or Advance HE Fellowship</li>\n<li>Expertise in quantitative research methods and/or skill acquisition</li>\n<li>Peer-reviewed publications</li>\n<li>Research supervision experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level </li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">\n<strong>ABOUT US</strong>\nUniversity of the West of Scotland is one of Scotland’s largest and most dynamic modern universities.
