The project's specific focus will be on developing new magnetic resonance instrumentation and methodologies.\n\n\nApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or a related field and have practical solid-state NMR experience. Expertise in pulse sequence programming is desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, and scientific creativity are essential. Good computer programming skills and working knowledge of MATLAB are preferred.\n\n\nThe successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge resources in a collaborative research environment, and the candidate will be responsible for day to day maintaining NMR instruments.\n\n\nThe lab is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for solid-state NMR (600 MHz DNP). Moreover, the research associate will have access to the well-equipped core research facilities of NYUAD.\n\n\nThe terms of employment are very competitive and include housing and educational subsidies for children.
