{"job":{"jobId":2461427,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":838,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Coordinator, Student Lifecycle","description":"\n\n<ul>\n<li>Full Time, Fixed Term until December 2024 </li>\n<li>Salary Level HEW 7 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements </li>\n<li>Based at either the Melbourne, Brunswick or Bundoora campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University. </li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>About the Position</strong> The <strong>Student Lifecycle Coordinator</strong> will lead the provision of program administrative support for all industry groupings and program managers, with a strong focus on excellent student experience. The Student Lifecycle Coordinator will work with work closely with Associate Director, Student Lifecycle & Delivery Services and Manager, Student Lifecycle to support Learning & Teaching Delivery activities, monitor and report on performance, delivery operations and productivity and allocate resources as required. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The position will act as a key liaison point with L&T Delivery Associate Directors and program managers, playing a lead role in program administration and delivery support activities such as timetabling, scheduling and supporting workload allocation tools, and ensuring that these happen within certain guidelines and in a consistent way. This role will utilise negotiation and influencing skills as well as draw on support to ensure VE success.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">To be successful in this position, you'll have: </p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated effective leadership skills including the capacity to initiate, manage and lead a team in a challenging and dynamic environment. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in a senior administration role with the ability to work proactively and autonomously. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication and negotiation skills that enable internal and external collaboration with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues. </li>\n<li>Ability to effectively develop, lead, supervise and motivate staff to contribute to improvement of business operations. </li>\n<li>Highly developed analytical and innovative problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically. </li>\n<li>Highly organised with excellent time management with ability to prioritise to meet conflicting deadlines </li>\n<li>Ability to collect and analyse data, produce reports, and develop and implement strategies that effectively address areas of improvement. </li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.</strong> </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>About the College of Vocational Education </strong> </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The purpose of RMIT's College of Vocational Education is to empower learners and our industry, community and government partners to succeed in the new world of work.
