These outputs include/will include: research papers; two research networks; a MOOC; a capacity development toolkit; a project handbook; learning resources i.e. local videos; and a network mapper tool. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">This is an exciting opportunity for someone with enthusiasm for communicating and promoting international research to wider audiences, and of engaging end-users/stakeholders. Leading the communications and engagement work package, the post holder will be expected to provide ideas on how best to promote and market the outputs to relevant audiences, including higher education institutions, specialist organisations and the public, and to implement these ideas. You will also need to consider ways of sustaining the passive promotion of outputs until March 2027. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You will work with the Technical Officer to promote the research outputs using social media, providing specialist advice where appropriate. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">This role would be of particular interest to a researcher or student looking for part-time work and/or to broaden their skills and knowledge of multi-disciplinary and international research projects. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The post is funded on the basis of 0.2 FTE over 6 months, until 31 March 2023. However, the working hours can be flexible within the funding period.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To be responsible for providing specialist advice on ways of communicating research and engaging end users and stakeholders with research, to aid management decisions on an effective and sustainable strategy and plan.</li>\n<li>To enable and realise the BRECcIA impact team’s aims of developing and promoting/marketing individual outputs and the collective work of BRECcIA. Using specialist knowledge to lead on promoting/marketing BRECcIA’s research papers, digital outputs (i.e. a MOOC, videos, mapper tool, capacity development toolkit, research handbook), and two networks (ReMNet and DryNet). </li>\n<li>To carry out an assessment and analysis of the levels of engagement by stakeholders and end users, using specialist knowledge to identify and recommend changes and improvements as necessary.</li>\n<li>To attend internal and external meetings to ensure that departmental issues are appropriately represented and reported.</li>\n<li>To draft reports and deliver briefings and presentations, as required. </li>\n<li>Any other duties as allocated by the line manager following consultation with the post holder.</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;
