{"job":{"jobId":2461507,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":577,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Academic and Engagement (Representation) Coordinator","description":"\n\nStudents’ Union\n\n\nLocation:  Highfield Campus\nSalary:   Circa £25,000\nClosing Date:  Monday 05 December 2022\nReference:  2048322SU\n\n\nAcademic and Engagement (Representation) Coordinator (Internally known as Representation Coordinator)\n\n\nThe Role\n\n\nAs a Representation Coordinator at SUSU, you'll be part of a fast-paced, expert team working together to deliver our Representation offer.\n\n\nYou'll coordinate and assist in the effective operation of the Representation team by encouraging and supporting our Student Officers and Academic Representatives, maintain and develop the Academic Representation structure, and maintain the transparency and integrity of the democratic structures of SUSU.\n\n\nYou'll work to strengthen the student voice and identify issues that SUSU can take forward on behalf of students.\n\n\nAbout You\n\n\nWhilst not essential, it's desirable that you hold demonstrable knowledge and understanding of University academic structure and processes in the Higher Education sector, and have experience in the specialist area of work - Student Representation.\n\n\nIt's essential that you have experience in project development and management, delivery of training, and have excellent office administration skills, and you must be able to work in a student-lead environment of elected officers.\n\n\nYou can find the full Person Specification within the Role Profile attached.\n\n\nAbout Us\n\n\nWe are the University of Southampton Students' Union (SUSU).
