Those with experience in protein expression, purification, biophysical characterization, and structural determination would be preferred. Strong interest in cryo-EM and cryo-electron tomography would be appreciated. Applicants should also be organized, self-motivated, committed to the project schedule, and able to work independently as well as in a team.\n\n\nThe appointee will participate in a multidisciplinary project relating to structural characterization of viral-host interactions. He/She will gain experience in structural biology, protein design, virology, and cutting-edge in situ cryo-electron tomography. The appointee will also be given convenient access to the LKS cryo-EM laboratory with an established cryo-EM SPA and cryo-electron tomography pipeline, as well as other state-of-the-art facilities in the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS).
