You will attract and manage research funding, whilst providing academic leadership from research in core areas of psychology or closely related fields; providing inspirational leadership to ensure an effective teaching and research culture.\n\n\nThe successful candidate will be able to evidence a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets. At ease working with multiple stakeholders, you will be able to flex your communication and leadership approach to develop shared plans.
