Exceptionally outstanding candidates at the Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment on direct tenure terms subject to the University's approval.\n\n\nThe Department of Politics and Public Administration has played a leading role in Politics and Public Administration research and education since its establishment in 1970. The Department offers three highly successful taught postgraduate programmes  Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master in International and Public Affairs (MIPA), and Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) as well as a thriving undergraduate programme. Candidates with the potential to make significant achievements of contributions to the field, complementing the strengths of our department, are preferred. The position is open with respect to specialization, but applicants should have a clear focus in their research, backed by strong empirical skills.\n\n\nA highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At the current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of the gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of the basic salary.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.\n\n\nThe University only accepts online application for the above post.
