{"job":{"jobId":2488052,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":18066,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Manager, Space Administration Office","description":"\n\nPost Specification\n\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Providing dedicated support to University’s space allocation matters;</li>\n<li>Assisting in the work of the Space Allocation Committee;</li>\n<li>Monitoring space utilization and timely updating of space inventory;</li>\n<li>Liaison with University departments and Schools, facilitating and coordinating communications in space allocation;</li>\n<li>Managing the small team of junior staff in the Space Administration Office;</li>\n<li>Undertaking other assignments assigned by the director.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>A Master or a higher degree;</li>\n<li>At least 8 year’s working experience gained preferably in higher education institutions;</li>\n<li>Strong organizational capability and multi-task working ability;</li>\n<li>Excellent negotiations and interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;</li>\n<li>Proactive, able to work independently and as leader of a team;</li>\n<li>Advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC.
