IVa\nLimited until: 30.09.2024\nReference no.: 1257\n\n\nThe Oskar Morgenstern Doctoral School at the University of Vienna is inviting applications for the position of a program coordinator to provide administrative support. We are searching for an enthusiastic person with academic experience and a keen interest in accompanying and supporting young researchers during their first steps on their academic career path. The position is initially offered for one year with an option on indefinite employment. Indefinite employment is the preferred long-term arrangement.\n\n\nYour personal sphere of influence: \n \nThe Oskar Morgenstern Doctoral School (OMDS) combines the doctoral education in the tracks of i) economics, ii) finance, iii) statistics and data science, iv) management, and v) business analytics and operations research.It hosts about 100 doctoral students. The program offers postgraduate students structured training through taught corses, seminars, and joint overarching activities. The School aims at placing PhD graduates in top positions at universities, public administration and the public sector worldwide.\n\n\nThe post holder is responsible for assisting with the coordination of a high-quality, professional administrative service for the PhD program within OMDS. A particular responsibility rests in the coordination of operations across the five tracks.
