{"job":{"jobId":2488617,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":18066,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Executive Officer (Research Office), School of Management and Economics","description":"\n\nPost Specification\n\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>To provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty concerning research or talent programs, including application, achievement appraisal, final acceptance report, etc.;</li>\n<li>To regularly and maintain accurate faculty research information, including publications, grants, and other research achievements, and ensure that all research-related files are up-to-date and accessible;</li>\n<li>To develop and implement the research-related policy at the school level;</li>\n<li>Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with relevant working experience;</li>\n<li>At least three years of working experience, preferably in higher education institutions;</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of research administration and grant management would be an added advantage;</li>\n<li>Fluent English &amp; Mandarin speaking and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC.
