This would be for one-year contract period with a salary that commensurate with qualifications and experience. The full time TA would be teaching in the following areas:\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Political Science</li>\n<li>Global Studies</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Successful candidate will carry out the following duties</li>\n<li>Attend lectures for those modules he/she is teaching</li>\n<li>Conduct tutorial section</li>\n<li>Mark CA and exam scripts</li>\n<li>Provide students’ consultation to clarify doubts on the modules</li>\n<li>Assist in examination matters (e.g. invigilation duties)</li>\n<li>Key in of module marks online</li>\n<li>Any other work related and admin responsibilities as required by the department</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nQualifications: Successful candidates must have at least a good undergraduate Honours degree in Social Science (e.g. Political Science) or equivalent. Prior teaching experience preferred but not essential. Good interpersonal skills and collegiality.
