recruitment process  </li>\n<li>Manage and evaluate the academic records of applicants applying to the University</li>\n<li>Document the Admissions Committee decisions and develop offers using the University record system and other database</li>\n<li>Develop reports and presentations on University Services and statistics on the current students for the Director Enrollment to review and approve</li>\n<li>Ensure the developed policies and procedures are followed during the application process for UAE national and international students</li>\n<li>Ensure to maintain and update student records and admissions information and provide required information and application statuses, workflow, when requested</li>\n<li>Monitor the request tracker queues and organize all related admissions enquiries and ensure and update student files with any missing documents</li>\n<li>Handle all related enquiries in a timely and efficient way, by telephone, email or in person, with regards to application process, admission requirements, scholarships benefits and personal inquiries from students, parents, and faculty</li>\n<li>Assist and participate in all University recruitment events, workshops and visits </li>\n<li>Prepare and manage specific tours of the campus for future applicants and parents, when required and also arrange for recruitment sessions in different local schools across UAE</li>\n<li>Assist and guide applicants in completing the online application process and ensure they understand all requirements, in collaboration with the Enrollment team</li>\n<li>Follow up on potential applicants, and assist students with their online application process when needed to ensure successful submission of all required information online</li>\n<li>Plan and attend events and activities with the outreach team and ensure to interact with potential applicants</li>\n<li>Manage and handle all potential applicant inquiries and emails about the University and recruitment process  </li>\n<li>Collaborate with the various departments when arranging for all recruitment events logistics</li>\n<li>Maintain the recruitment database and records and ensure it is secured, updated and accurate for all potential applicants</li>\n<li>Collaborate on students’ on‐boarding process and collaborate with the Registrar on the transfer of required information</li>\n<li>Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly</li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed</li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nRequired Qualifications \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor’s Degree in related field.</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nRequired Experience \n\n\nExpats:  \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum 5 years of relevant experience.</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nUAE
