Experience in cell imaging or single-molecule fluorescence microscopy will be a plus.\n\n\nThe appointee will work jointly with Dr. Jeff Ti and Dr. Ralf Jauch on a collaborative research project to investigate how human tubulin isotypes regulate neuronal morphology and functions in health and disease.  Dr. Ti’s Lab will employ single-molecule fluorescence and electron microscopy to dissect the molecular basis that confers diverse human tubulin isotypes' unique and essential functions.
