{"job":{"jobId":2489649,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":18066,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Executive Assistant (Programme Management) - School of Humanities and Social Science","description":"\n\nPost Specification\n\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Providing administrative support to teaching and learning activities of School’s postgraduate programmes;</li>\n<li>Preparing materials for the regular teaching quality review;</li>\n<li>Drafting academic reports when needed;</li>\n<li>Providing administrative support to student affairs of School’s post graduate programmes;</li>\n<li>Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>A Bachelor degree;</li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;</li>\n<li>At least 1 year working experience, ideally in the higher education sector;</li>\n<li>Detail orientation;</li>\n<li>Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work independently within deadlines;</li>\n<li>Willingness to take up extra responsibilities.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC.
