The School of Graduate Studies also offers postgraduate programmes up to doctoral level in various disciplines and provides professional education for the wider society.\n\n\nApplications are now invited for the following post:\n\n\nSchool of Graduate Studies\n\n\n(Post Ref.: 21/342)\n\n\nThe School of Graduate Studies (GS) is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University’s strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education. The GS is expanding its scope of research and knowledge transfer programmes in promoting multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research and development projects related to International Higher Education, Policy and Management.\n\n\nThe GS is searching for staff who can teach in the following areas:\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Education / higher education policy and management</li>\n<li>Policy studies</li>\n<li>Public management &amp; administration</li>\n<li>Regional studies</li>\n</ul>\n\n\nGeneral Requirements\n\n\nApplicants should have relevant postgraduate qualifications in the above broad areas with at least four years’ relevant teaching experience in tertiary education. The appointee is expected to teach courses related to the above areas. Preference will be given to the candidate with teaching / research experience in higher education management / policy studies.\n\n\nAppointment\n\n\nThe conditions of appointment will be competitive. The rank and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, gratuity and incoming passage and baggage allowance for eligible appointees.
