Proficiencies in Chinese is a plus. The applicants should either have adequate knowledge of and experience in statistical methods and quantitative research or have excellent academic writing skills. Being proficient with both writing and quantitative skills is ideal. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. They should also have good interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Previous work experience in research projects would be preferred. \n\n\nThe appointee will work on research projects related to international comparative social welfare policies, evaluating impacts of COVID-19 social policies, and project management. The appointee will be responsible for managing data collection and analysis, literature searches, literature review, and other assigned research-related duties.
