{"job":{"jobId":2496997,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":483,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Research Engineer (Materials)","description":"\n\nJob Description\n\n\nWith the explosive development of electronic industries and wireless technologies, electromagnetic wave (EMW) radiation pollution affects the performance of sensitive electronic devices and harms human health.  EMW absorption materials with a low density, thin thickness, strong absorption, and wideband EMW absorption are critically demanded. Nanocarbon-based materials, e.g., carbon nanotube (CNT) and graphene oxide (GO), are taking over the position of conventional metal-based materials in the field of EMW absorbing due to their excellent EMW attenuation performance, lightweight, good chemical stability, and superior mechanical strength. At present, aerogels are considered one of the most lightweight materials with low density, high porosity, and high surface area. Many studies pointed out the broadband absorption of nanocarbon-based aerogel composites because of their unique porous structure. This job duty is  to develop hybrid CNT aerogels for efficient EMW absorption.
