{"job":{"jobId":2497308,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":493,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Post-doctoral Fellow / Senior Research Assistant in the School of Nursing","description":"\n\nWork type: Full-time\nDepartment: School of Nursing (20800)\nCategories: Senior Research Staff &amp; Post-doctoral Fellow, Research Staff\n\n\nApplications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF)/Senior Research Assistant (SRA) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 523578), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year temporary basis for PDF and on a two-year fixed-term basis or one-year temporary basis for SRA, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.\n\n\nApplicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or other related disciplines.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication skills; and the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.  Preference will be given to those with a track record of running machine learning models, publishing academic research papers, and handling large databases.  Those with a Master’s degree with at least 1 years’ post-qualification experience may be considered for appointment as SRA.\n\n\nThe appointee will work under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Y.T.
