Colleagues are recognised for producing world-leading, high-impact research, supported by excellent research facilities (REF2021). These include purpose-built laboratories for social interaction and behavioural observation, therapeutic intervention, child/family studies, neuropsychological/cognitive testing, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), electroencephalography (EEG), neurostimulation (TMS/tDCS), psychophysiology, eye-tracking, virtual reality, and psychopharmacology. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">We have collaborations with University research groups in Medicine (Psychiatry, Primary Care), Biological Sciences (Neuroscience), Health Sciences, Computer Sciences and Social Sciences. The Institute for Life Sciences supports further cross-disciplinary collaboration. Our partnerships with NHS Trusts, schools, Government, charities and industry deliver world leading impact (REF2021) and attract significant grant income from all major research funders. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">Psychology is a successful School and a friendly and positive place to work.
