You will contribute to a large team in research activities under the Centre for Autonomous and Cyber-physical Systems, especially concerning the specific activities of ESA's programme of Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems (ARTES) in developing and testing 5G technology, Drone operation, QoS, wireless communications, networking, and autonomous systems, demonstrating research synergy from the consortium and wider UK in our platforms.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>About You</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You will hold a Masters degree in in wireless and/or satellite communications, advanced air mobility, electronic engineering or relevant discipline. You will have relevant experience in in wireless communications, air/ground, air/air communication systems including 4G/LTE, 5G, Satellite and QoS measurement (e.g., delay, jitter), knowledge in simulation using software such as NS3, MATLAB, Python etc. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working to deadlines.
