Building on our bold and ambitious University Strategy, a key role of HR is to secure the University's strategic aim, 'to be a world leading employer' by ensuring that our staff can reach their full potential.\n\n\nThe Assistant Manager (Recruitment) will have responsibility for the day to day supervision of the recruitment function, including staff, and will ensure the provision of a full and excellent recruitment service to the University.\n\n\nThe post holder will have responsibility for the development of the service, reviewing and enhancing activities, policies, guidance and processes, as appropriate.
