You will be committed to making significant, innovative contributions to scholarship and research, nationally and internationally, whilst actively fostering research activities and training within the University and the broader academic community.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Subject coordination and supervision of tutors, both administratively and academically.</li>\n<li>Curriculum design and innovation, fostering cross-disciplinary approaches.</li>\n<li>Engage in research activities including publications, securing research grants, graduate research supervision, and public engagement.</li>\n<li>Leadership and service roles within the discipline, School, and Faculty, promoting respectful and inclusive behaviours, active participation in committees, and the establishment of national and international partnerships.</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You are an accomplished professional who has made significant contributions in the field of English and Theatre Studies, particularly in contemporary and/or popular literature.
