This academically rigorous program equips students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a diverse range of roles in the arts and creative industries, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through teaching while working in a dynamic, collaborative program team. \n\n\nYour responsibilities will include: \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting subject coordinators in delivering high-quality teaching. </li>\n<li>Preparing and conducting tutorials, seminars, and lectures, along with administering and marking assessments. </li>\n<li>Contributing to the development of course and subject material. </li>\n<li>Engaging in scholarly activity to support teaching and actively participating in service, leadership, and coordination roles within the discipline and School. </li>\n</ul>\n\n\nWho We Are Looking For \n\n\nYou are an engaging and committed educator with experience teaching at the tertiary level, capable of supporting subject coordinators, delivering high-quality instruction, and contributing to the development of course material. You are highly engaged in scholarship and leadership and service roles within the discipline. \n\n\nYou will also have: \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A completed Honours or Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant discipline   </li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to prepare and conduct tutorials, seminars, and lectures, and administer assessments to a high standard. </li>\n<li>Capability to contribute to the development of course and subject material. </li>\n<li>Where appropriate, the ability to supervise theses at Honours, Masters, and PhD levels. </li>\n<li>Engagement in relevant scholarly activities to support teaching within the discipline. </li>\n</ul>\n\n\nFor further information regarding responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the attached PD.  \n\n\nThis position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check to ensure the University provides a safe environment for everyone.  \n\n\nPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
