Dr. Shanquan Chen, the Lab Director, is currently a Lecturer of School of Humanities and Social Science.\n\n\nPost Specification\n\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Project related research and application;</li>\n<li>Project coordination and other affairs;</li>\n<li>Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor;</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Degree in Nutrition/ Food Science or related disciplines;</li>\n<li>Working experience in animal experiment or biotechnology or R&amp;D in food industry is preferred;</li>\n<li>Good English reading and writing skills;</li>\n<li>Strong responsibility, team spirit and communication skills.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
