Jeff Yao and his team carry out scientific research in the areas of random matrix theory and high-dimensional statistics, high-dimensional econometrics models, Markov chains and Markov processes, time series analysis, network data analysis, and digital image analysis.\n\n\nFor more information please visit Prof. Jeff Yao’s personal website at <a data-mz=\"\" href=\"https://jianfengyao.wordpress.com/\" rel=\"no-follow\" target=\"_blank\">https://jianfengyao.wordpress.com/</a>\n\n\nPosition\n\n\nExecutive Assistant\n\n\nJob Description\n\n\nApplicants should have:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>A Bachelor or above degree, overseas study experience is preferred;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) will be a must;</li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent written skills will be a plus;</li>\n<li>Good organization skills, interpersonal skills, learning skills and a strong sense of responsibility;</li>\n<li>Able to work independently, positive and have continuous improvement mindset.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nJob Duties include:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>To assist in the administrative tasks such as procurement and funding management, travel arrangement, visitor reception, reimbursement, logistic support, event/meeting/seminar organization and follow up, etc.</li>\n<li>To assist in managing team grants;</li>\n<li>To assist in document management;</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Fringe Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
