{"job":{"jobId":2500407,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":18066,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Supervisor (Institutional Advancement) - Foundation Office","description":"\n\nPost Specification\n\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Respond to inquiries from donors, including but not limited to assist the preparation and presentation of gift alternatives to current and prospective donors;</li>\n<li>Implement cultivation activities, including but not limited to donor reception;</li>\n<li>Implement stewardship activities, including but not limited to project liaison;</li>\n<li>Responsible for donation project management and supporting fundraising activities of schools, colleges and institutions of the University;</li>\n<li>Responsible for building a potential donor database;</li>\n<li>Undertake other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Master’s degree or above;</li>\n<li>At least 5 years’ working experience, experience in fundraising and/or higher education institutions is preferred;</li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English and strong capacities of planning and coordinating activities;</li>\n<li>Self-driven, conscientious and meticulous;</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and implementation skills;</li>\n<li>Highly recognize the mission and vision of CUHK-Shenzhen, with enthusiasm for higher education and understanding in fundraising.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\nSalary and Benefits\n\n\nSalary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC.
