The appointee will have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in designing and implementing a future-focused plan of activities and data support structures to promote and foster mutually beneficial, sustained relationships between the University and its external stakeholders, including its 100,000+ member alumni community and its growing base of donors to the Maynooth University Foundation.\n\n\nThe Officer will be an enterprising person who is capable of managing complex projects with a keen appreciation for detail, data integrity, and the ability to extract insights, interrogate, segment and translate that data for alumni relations, fundraising and broader external engagement purposes. The Officer will manage the Development and Alumni Relations Office’s database (Salesforce CRM), data intelligence, and prospect research functions. S/he will oversee the data-driven aspects of the University’s funding appeals and be a team player in helping to progress a nascent alumni and fundraising office. The Officer will also play a key role in establishing the data-related workflows, systems and processes for a new Partnerships Office to be developed under the University’s next Strategic Plan 2023-28. \n\n\nAdministrative Officer II (2023) Salary Scale: €42,893 - €61,240 (9 points)\n\n\nAppointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.\n\n\nClosing Date: 23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Wednesday, 6th December 2023\n\n\nApplications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified above.
